I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a team of four. I've spent more than 25 years with State Farm, including eight years as an agent before moving into leadership and then returning to agency ownership. I'm fluent in Vietnamese, come from a large family, and have had the opportunity to develop and mentor hundreds of agents throughout my career.
Giving back to the community is important to us. Our agency is active with the local Chamber of Commerce and proudly supports HPI events, including the Plano, Garland, and Asian American Film Festivals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Associate for Glenda Beach - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
