I’ve been fortunate to do both.

I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and raised in Kentucky, where I learned early on the importance of hard work, resilience, and staying connected to the people around you. Those values have guided me for more than two decades and continue to shape how I show up today, for the people I serve, my team, and the community around me here in Plano, TX.

As soon as I opened my first agency, I learned how much discipline, teamwork, and consistency matter. Doing things the right way often takes more effort, but it’s the foundation of lasting relationships. Those early experiences shaped how I lead today and how I approach every conversation.

Over the years, I also had the opportunity to support teams and communities across multiple states. While that work brought recognition along the way, what matters most to me is using what I’ve learned to serve people in a meaningful and personal way. That’s why I chose to open an agency here in North Texas, to be present, accessible, and closer to the neighbors I’m proud to serve.

I believe insurance conversations are rarely just about policies. They are about real life, real decisions, and feeling confident moving forward.

My role is to listen, offer clear options, and help people navigate those moments without pressure.

I am known for being direct, approachable, and practical, with a sense of humor that keeps things human. I am fluent in Vietnamese and passionate about serving diverse communities, because understanding someone’s background and perspective truly matters when conversations feel complex.

My team shares that same mindset. Together, we focus on clear communication, consistency, and showing up when it counts. Every interaction is handled with care and attention, because relationships are not built in a single moment. They are built over time.

Outside the office, I stay connected to the community I call home. From local activities to everyday conversations, I believe being present matters just as much as being professional.

My hope is simple. To be someone you choose for the long run, not because you were convinced, but because you felt heard, supported, and confident in your next step.
